I found a similar recipe that uses prawns instead of chicken in the book that Miss Soo recommended, the one that cost $15. My husband and I tried the substituition of chicken with tiger prawns! We seasoned the prawns with salt and sugar instead of salt and pepper. The results..... YUMMY! And you all know how juicy tiger prawns are! *Drooling*
We were deep frying late at night, very early in the morning around 12+ to 1AM... So you can imagine the calories expanding in my body! Oh man... I'm so not going to look good in the ready made sari that I plan to wear to an indian wedding.. Haiz.., 10 push up per night, gradually increase the number... Well prolly I would still be able to shed the fats at the abdomen area.
The other dishes that were prepared during the 1st microteaching were pasta and cupcakes. The pasta was easy to make too but mine and zul's turn out like a soup instead... The picture is below... We like it soupy eh Zul?!?! Haha..
As for the cupcakes... It's my first time trying out the icing decorations! Well i think it takes a lot of practice to get a nice decoration but yeah i still do enjoy it! i like the thick chocolaty taste!
PS: pardon me for the lack of pics in this post.. Just this picture took me a while to upload.Love,
Zuzi
